With this existing Civ6 engine. Do you like to see the concepts of Excise Tax and gambling taxes implemented in game so there's an option to earn gold via entertainment complex?
If so
Should the Excise Tax be a full civic or a policy card? and what is a civic to enable it? and when should it becomes available?
And history of excise taxes collectable from sales of tobacco, alcohol, automobiles, luxuries please.
And in a country that permits prostitution. is it falls into excise tax too?
And gambling by a ringside (Arena, this happens alot and even made legal in some countries). should it enables gold generations of Arena building? (and when?). I pondering about this idea while watching many Muay Thai matches and it exists a legalized gambling (Originally i though it was illegal. but since Muaythai boxing events are regularly aired nationwide in many TV networks here and there. i've later learned that it is legal if it is done by the boxing ring with authorized personnels posted to it. or one way or another. But myself not a gambler because i'm suck at cardgames).
