MOD problem

Hello, I have some mods that I've downloaded from the in-game browsing or what ever is called. After download its green and says complete but I don't know what to do at that point. They don't appear at any screen , although when I look into the folder (windows explorer) they're there. The only mod that appears is the mongols mod which comes by default I guess.... what should I do? thx a lot.

Because someone might somewhen have a similar problem, will find your post and will say "damn, why did he not post the solution ?".

Well, the problem is still there somehow... after installing a couple of mods only two of them appear in the Mod screen .. both earth maps.. from not another earth map and the other one very famous also but I forgot the name .. but the echoes of ages does not appear although its already in the folder and enabled... I will restart the game right now to see if they already appeared or not. I'll be around with an update.

I play the Echoes of Ages mod all the time -- it's great and I really like it! So, if you've downloaded the mod(s), installed them, and enabled them, then the only other thing you might be missing is that you've got to start your game from "Mods." That is, to start (or reload) a modded game, click the "Mods" button from the Main Menu; then click "Single User," and then you can set up or load your modded game.

mmm... I don't know... it does not appear.. I don't know what I'm missing ... I mean, why? only the mongol mod, and both earth maps appear not the echoes of ages... . Also, I downloaded some maps also from the in game browser and "enabled" them ... and they don't appear anywhere ... what can I do?
