How can a mod for Civ4 or Warlord may be run in BtS? What modification is needed? Why can i not play Nuclear War Mod in BtS?

as for you quastion.
you can just move mods between versions,
because each new civ4 expantions, is like a different game - you need to change the files them selfs, ,merge, thats what modders do - you have plenny of wonderfull mods here to choose from.
