Mod request: auto-update city name

When I switch Civs with ages I like to update all my city names to be from the new civ list.

E.g. if I go from Spain to America, I will rename my Barcelona, Sevilla, Córdoba cities to Philadelphia, New York, New Orleans or something like that. Kinda like what happens when you switch capitals but on a whole scale.

Could anyone build a mod to do this automatically? Willing to provide a small tip in exchange!

Rosetta would do something like Lundres -> London or La Habana -> Havana, but it wouldn't do Barcelona -> Philadelphia. This sounds closer to what the People Just Liked It Better That Way mod does, but I don't think it's been updated for the last big patch.
