[R&F] ***MOD REQUEST*** R&F Civs with Standard Ruleset

Is this possible?

It would solve a few of my issues in regards to incompatible mods that make Civ 6 more palatable.

I've poked around in the files and the Expansion1_Players.xml or Expansion1_Confiig.xml look like they have something to do with it.

You can add the civs of R&F yes, just copy all info of the new civs to your own mod. But you have to remove all that is about loyalty and such (all R&F exclusive features).

I don´t have time right now but I´m fond of the idea.
