Hello I am looking for a mod that is going to have what some would consider painfully slow research development.

Compared to the regular marathon speed research need needs to be
Ancient Era: 1x for early tech, 1.5x for later tech.
Classical: 2x longer
Medieval: 2.5x longer
Renaissance: 3x
Modern: 3.5x

It doesn't have to be exact, it just needs to take longer to do research and to prevent research from speeding up in late game. Since when the research starts speeding up, it becomes more about racing to the finish line then trying to impede your opponents. Also no research packs.

Wonder build rate can start as it is.
Building build rate need to be speed up: 0.65-0.75
Unit Build up need to be speed up: 0.5
Improvement building speed need to be speed up to: 0.5

That's mostly what I want something that looks like that. I found the "Extended Era Mod" It does pretty much what I want it to do only it does it from a standard game speed point of view and it is just to fast for my taste.

Additionally to this a mod that makes early game resources still relevant in the late game would be appreciated. Would it not be possible for units to need more then just one resource. Like tanks would need both Oil and Iron?
 
I have found a few mods that mess with research times, but I have no experience with them to answer whether or not they fulfill your requirements.

There is, however, a very simple mod that removes research pacts. I found it in the in-game mod browser and is labeled "removed research pacts".
 
Don't forget to extend RAs too, or you will be in even better shape for later techs.

Edit : No reasearch pacts...ok.
