Mod similiar to Civ 4's "Next War" with domed cities for Civ 5?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if there's any mods for Civ 5 that has domed cities similiar to the ones in the Next War mod for Civ 4? I thought the domed cities were an awesome futuristic era touch. Considering Civ 5 has the Future Era with a few tech's in it in vanilla version, I'd like to see domed cities. Possibly even arcologies or the rotating dome shields.

Is there any mod out there that has this? Or does someone need to make it?

I haven't seen many graphical mods, and it is to my knowledge that most graphics are simply impossible to mod at this point (keep in mind, the last time I read this was back in November).

The graphics modpacks section of the forums, for example, is never updated with any new stuff. Nor is the unit graphics section, either.
