Let me congratulate you for this incredible mood, I've been playing for a while now, and it's just pure revolutionary-struggle fun.

But, (saddly) it happens to me that everytime after the turn when the "Frente Popular" splits, my games crashes.

It has ocurred to me at least 3 times, and I cant go any further.

is it a bug??
or could it be my computer, or a bad install??

OK, this problem is solved.
You just have to download the attached file (it's a patch that replaces 1 file) and install it. Your current game won't be lost.
I hope it'll run correctly to the end of the game, now...

I could play very well for a long time, and it was really well
But there seems to be another problem...

Once the "strategist" appears in my game, it crashes all the time,
and it seem to happen also with the "great author" great person, so I'm attaching here the save for you to take a look a it.

One question: the crash with the split before, was it because a bad installation, or because of a bug of the game?

I'm afraid that your crash doesn't come from the mod, but from the game.
I have suppressed all events added by the mod, and it crashes anyway !!
I can't see anything to do...

Non, no, it's not YOUR installation. It's something else. I have the crash too, so it doesn't come from something on your computer.
I suppose it's happening something on your saved game, at this moment : The last thing said by python is "Burgos has grown". I've tried to make Burgos not to grow, but it crashes too.

If I were you, I'd get a saved game between 1 and 5 turns before, and I'd try to construct/train something else in the cities. It could be (it's a stupid exemple) an hospital constructed in a Zaragoza, where we find a BT5 and a FT17, that crashes the game ?...

Does anybody else have a game crash at the turn where strategist appears ?

• line 12955, you'll find "TXT_KEY_BUILDING_CNT_SCHOOL"
• line 12979, you'll find "TXT_KEY_BUILDING_UGT_WORKER_HOUSE"
• line 13003, you'll find "TXT_KEY_BUILDING_FP_SOCIAL_CENTER"

These elements are still in english.

All right, I'll try to find out what is causing the problem.
Hope it's not too difficult...

I think I've got it.

The same turn that the game crashes, the city of "Ciudad Real" grows from 9 to 10.

But, if I leave it "stagnant", the game wont crash!

Then the next turn I let it grow, and: surprise, the game crashed.
I repetead this twice, with the same results.

You're right Imnot! I get a crash when Ciudad Real grows too. It seems like it doesn't matter what the numbers are; I went into worldbuilder and reduced it's size from 6 to 4, and the game still crashed.

Edit: No, it's not Ciudad Real, I deleted it from the game and I still got a crash that turn.

I think something odd might be happening to Nationalist cities. In worldbuilder their growth bars all had red backgrounds. I deleted every single one of them and the turn happened without problems (with a victory for me as well, yay)...

Edit: Okay, my mistake, the red background is normal. I still think it's a growth issue though, I noticed that a great deal of cities were about to grow on that turn.

Sorry for the double post, but this is fairly important: it's definitely something to do with a nationalist city, I deleted all of them apart from the one on the far right of the map and there was no crash.

Edit: One thing I noticed is that we're both going through golden ages...

Edit 2: That's not it, I went back and didn't pick a golden age, and it still crashed.
