[BNW] modding the game causes coal to spazz out

basically, it still excists and i can build factories, but it completely disappears from the resource tab and doesn't appear in trade
what can possibly be the reason? i'm including my mod, and i didn't modify anything related to coal except unit resource usage

What you linked to is not a mod. It is a folder with a bunch of expansion2 folders and files from the base game.
