[R&F] Modding wonder/district requirements to be city specific rather than tile specific

Temple of artemis : AdjacentImprovement="IMPROVEMENT_CAMP"

This means you can only build it next to a camp. Is there a way to change it so that you can build it as long as the city has a camp?

Changing "Adjacent" to "Requires" causes it to break.
 
So you can only make it require an adjacent improvement, or a building in the city, but nothing else?

Try this tool and search for LOC_BUILDING_TEMPLE_ARTEMIS_NAME to see all properties possible

But regarding that yes, but also other adjacencies, as you can see in tool above.
