I'm trying to create torpedo animations for danrell's Kagero, but I've run into a problem when exporting to GR2.
The skeleton seems to become a little distorted. If you look at the screenshots, you can see the difference between Blender and Granny viewer. For instance, fire3 and fire4 should be at the tips of the barrels.
The weird thing is that if I convert the GR2 back into NB2, then import it in Blender, the bones look fine.
I applied the scaling from the original blender model supplied by danrell, so that shouldn't be the problem.
I've attached the GR2 and the blender files for reference.
