Yeah, there was AK-47 Grey uniform "modern russian infantry" that looks like soviet infantry in 60-70. So, Really modern infantry from you would be perfect!
Also, China soldiers are nice idea too.

Some modern 3D-models of russian infantry. Spetsnaz, Regular and Sarge.
Sarge looks good, may be used instead regular. With adding helmet and AK (preferably, Black-coloured AK as modern AK of 100th and 200th series)

The middle russian soldier seriously (almost) looks like a Civ 4 unit... Thats pretty good he build that human model (it's tough to model any human figure from absolute scratch); but he still doesn't know how to import a Google Warehouse file 5 months after making a human figure from scratch in a 3d program. Hmmm..

"Credit me if use them in public mods etc" sounds to me like they are available to be used as long as credit is given

There's no rule of 'asking to post a WWW link' on the internet. No one needs to ask you and get permission to do that.

Your personal rules don't matter on forums. The forum rules are what matter.
If someone wants to use this link; http://www.ppmsite.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=29605, or any other link on the internet, they don't need your or anyone elses permission.
A website link is not your 'works'. Your 'works' (in this case) are any 3d models you may have created.

Only thing I want to say - these models were created by me (except 1 model ripped from CS) and posted on PPMSite, check that link again and see who is the author

Why do you mind so much that a link to your work was posted? Ok, you don't want people to use the stuff you created (though I'm not sure why, as long as they give credit), but MadGAD was just showing us some nice 3d models he found.
Saying "Sorry, but I do not give permission for my models to be used" would have been better than "Don't post links to a public site that I happened to have posted my models on"
I also find it a little ironic that you have used a model from Counter Strike to make a unit (and correctly given credit) but then get annoyed when someone wants to do EXACTLY the same thing with your models
I'm not trying to be mean or difficult, I'm just trying to understand your stance. Personally, i'd be rather pleased if someone wanted to use my work
