Hi,
Here is a modpack for the Community Patch (only, without the balance changes), with More Luxuries and the 43-civ dll.
Just drag it into the DLC folder, and you can play multiplayer (or singleplayer) with it.

Known issues :
+ When selecting a huge map, the default number of CS is 24. DO NOT launch the game without lowering it to 20.
+ Sometimes, the trade route interface will claim that a trade route can give culture. It is a bug. The trade route does not give culture in CP.
+ AI seems to prefer Freedom over the other ideologies.
+ A lot of maps are not compatible with More Luxuries.
+ Event should be disabled in multiplayer.
(Note : untested in multiplayer with more than 22 civs, please report any problem)
