Hi

This is my first Monarch game after beating prince easily. I want to know what to do from here.

I declared war on Saladin not too long ago and managed to take 2 of his cities before making peace. His other cities were too well protected for me to attempt to take.

Should I build up some cats and go after Sally again or go after Julius this time? I want to get to Washington to kick him out of the game.

Oh, and this is 1.61 vanilla by the way.

I can't open the save right now, but it's generally better to have only one enemy at a time.
If you attack Julius, saladin will probably dogpile on you as soon as the peace treaty is over.

Had a look at the save. Moscow is very nice. My thought would be build barracks and cats everywhere except Moscow. Keep on with feudalism for vassalage for accurate cats; you may also be able to trade it to catch up other techs.
One enemy at a time is plenty enough. Take on sally and polish him off before taking on anyone else. Don't forget CoL for courthouses.
