Hello!
The game number is SMAX 2.0 GOG. Explain, please, about morality.
What does the "minus" symbol and the plus sign in the unit status mean?
For example, Elite (-) (+).

Unit morale is determined by several factors. Some factions have an inherent morale bonus or penalty. Factions also can increase or decrease their morale by various SE choices. Finally, morale can be affected by factors such as whether or not a unit is within a base or by certain base facilities (such as Children's Creches). Increases and decreases in morale are indicated by the + and - symbols. See this link for more information.

I'm really intrigued at the idea of improving a military unit's morality. More orphanages, less use of magnesium incendiaries, and chemical weapons are right out.
