While I was surveying our borders (I am the V.P. too, you know. :)), my entourage was assulted by unknown gunmen, possibly Greeks. I managed to escape with a sprained hand (my writing hand!). (Do our enemies have something against Phoenatican hands?) While not as bad as SKILORD's, it does hinder my writing, and is very sore.

Presidential Decree:

I hereby authorize the creation of the Phoenatic Secret Service (PSS). The duties of the PSS include, but are not limited to, protection of all current government officials (governors and deputy leaders included) as well as all former presidents of Phoenatica. Our elite immortals will form the core of the PSS. Any officials venturing near hostile borders will henceforth be protected by PSS bodyguards.

I hope your hand feels better soon, Chieftess!

Of course I was tempted to start Public Investigation #8 into donsig for pledging government funds for this so called PSS boondoggle without a vote, but alas, I fear the humor may be lost in all of it....

I also hurt BOTH my hands yesterday, scratched them up pretty good, got some bandage on them. But I still write, fighting the pain
:rocket2:
I think they have gone too far, hurting civilians(Iam not a government official, just an ordinary citizen), this is terrorism. But they will never brake the Phoenitican spirit; NEVER!!! :aargh3:

I say we grab are fruit and cookies!!!! We march against the Freaks!!! opps I mean We march against the Greeks!!!! Now how exactly do we lay out are battle plans? We can eat the fruit and throw the cookies or should it be the other way around?

I just almost got assainated!!!!

I was outside looking at the pepper plants when a three bee's came over and stung me!!! Then when I was trying to get away from the others I ran into a poodle that bite me in the ankle.

Though I doubt the greeks were the cause of this :(

If you were stung on your hand then you can be sure the Greeks were behind the plot!

Our enemies appear to resort to sabotage as well. Since Sunday, I had the power cable on my laptop get snapped by someone stepping on it, my wife's hard drive on her desktop crashed, and my desktop wouldn't recognize a dial-up modem! So I have been off-line for most of the week, except for a short window on monday and tuesday morning! The evil greeks must have cyber-hackers working against us!

The evil Greeks (through their willing minions Earthlink) have sabatoged my DSL connection.

Emergency proceedures have been put in place, and my new cable broadband service will be in place shortly, but I demand that we take revenge on the hated Greeks for this atrocity!

It was pretty serious this time :( Not the Greeks but the Turks! (are they in PTW?) I was drugged in Istanbul and unconscious for 24 hours. Turned to a Turk couple for help at the last minute before I blacked out which may even be the reason I'm able to type at this moment, since I next woke up in a hospital. (They could be PSS in disguise. If so, a million thanks!!!)
Back in da UK now and have fully recovered as far as I can see luckily. Now if only the PSS could get my parents (who are visiting me) off my back :p.

My PPP connection went heywire last night and this morning too!

uh.... My computer sings!!!! It sings the worst music ever!!! *Goes into a long description of what it sounds like*..... It sounds like something Grey Fox will listen to!!! I wonder if it's greek music?

I recommend the creation of a Department for Homeland Security to protect our citizens! :)

These PSS agents that were assigned to me won't buy their own BEER!

That's a sad thing: there is no budget for it.
Have one with them, I'm sure the Ministry of Culture budget can spare a few coins!

Maybe we could get free beer cards and line passes at the Beer Gardens of the Phoenatica National Art Museum (for Government officials only). Let's ask Cyc...wait a minute, I am Cyc...let's skip that idea.
