More Tech Filters

My mod for Beyond Earth adds 32 new sorting filters for the tech web, including Wonders, Military Units, specific Tile Improvements, and all Basic and Strategic Resources; neatly sorted into multiple drop-down boxes.

This is my first attempt at modding and lua, but I commented all of my changes in the files. See the steam workshop page 'Note to Modders' if you plan to browse through the code!

I second this notion, some (a lot actually from my experience) of us just prefer the manual installation rather than having to use steam.
