More than 22 Civs in a game

Is that possible to play with more than 22 civs in a game?

I mean, there are 25 official civs by now, and modders are working in bigger maps, but I can't include all the civs to play a game.

Is that possible to make a mod to increase the maximum number of civs in a game?

Or, Someone knows which file that limitates the numbers of civs in a game?

To do this requires the game source code in the DLL

I mean it can't be done until we get access to the source code to recompile the game DLL file.

simple answer is "not yet"

Any news on whether this is ever going to happen? They've officially released way more than 30 Civs, so I can't see a reason not to change the upper limit.
