The question is whether we want all of the tiles between Olympus and Priapos to be used by Olympus.

For the time to build this Wonder, I think yes, Olympus will still be able to support the higher population without the tiles later and also has forests that can be chopped and mined for the same production with more food. The tiles can be returned to Priapos to balance the production between the 2 cities after the Wonder build. As Praipos has both Copernicus and Newton we need to keep science high in that city to get the most benefit, and that will mean it needs the tiles back and will need to grow large. At the moment Priapos can use the coastal tiles so will just lose out on production for a while.
I'll make sure Olympus starts on ToE by using Universal Suffrage as prebuild. ok ?

What Wonders!Looking forward it will be a while before there are Wonders we need to build (United Nations, Apollo Programme) but in the meantime should we be greedy? We have been at war for a time now and are suffering from War Weariness. There are 2 Wonders that could help with this - JS Bach's Cathedral which would make our people more content, but we also now have the option of Universal Sufferage which will reduce War Weariness in all our cities. The quickest we could build either of these wonders is 7 turns for Bach's and 10 turns for Universal Sufferage. To do this we would need to build them in either Olympus or Civantonia.
So do we want either of these Wonders?
Do we want to be really greedy and have both?
Bach's was started a while back now by the other Civs, we may be too late, we could try for it though and cascade to either US or a small wonder such as Battlefield Medicine.
Thoughts?

I don't think we'll get Bach's, so I'm all for using it as a prebuild until it gets built and swap it over to Univeral Suffrage. However, if we get lucky and it doesn't get completed by another civ, I'd prefer Bach's over Universal Suffrage.

Surprisingly, I believe that the most needed wonder, right now, it Battlefield Medicine. Our troops could use that now, and will need it in the future. Having said that, we shouldn't build it purposely, but use it as a cascade.
That said, I think we should get greedy on wonders, and actively work to get at least 1, plus build several of the small wonders.

Augean Stables (70) - Small wonder
Olympus (88) - Great wonder
Civantonia (88) - Great wonder
Berlin (62) - Small wonder
Start Olympus on Bach, Civantonia on US, Augean on Battlefield Medicine and Berlin on the Heroic Epic. I really think we use Rome for the Military Academy. It's size 12 and ALREADY has 75 production!? Iron Works is insane!
If Bach fails, we cascade as needed. We should get one of the wonders. Now, just to note, Civantonia and Styx will revolt without slider control.

Our cities are running out of builds other than troops, so these Wonders would keep them occupied. But will there be sufficient troops for the current military activites against Persia and future ones against France if so many of our cities are occupied building Wonders and unable to build troops?
Olympus is ready for another wonder. It will have to be a "certain" wonder as Olympus has no fall-back option due to the location of the Palace. Bach's is too uncertain, so I propose Universal Suffrage in Olympus.

So, we build Universal sufferage in Olympus, and start Bach's in Civantonia. Augean Stables and Berlin can do small Wonders (Heroic Epic and Battlefield Medicine?). If someone else get's Bach's we cascade Civanonia's build down to one of the small Wonders or Military Academy otherwise it's Military Academy in Rome. How does that sound?

We are 2 turns away from The Corporation and that will allow us to build Stock Exchanges. 2 or 3 turns prebuild are (generally) available with a coal plant if governors want to use it, but please check for your city and remember if you only get 2 you are relying on the DP to remember to change via the big picture. Once we have 5 stock exchanges we will be able to build Wall Street (I'd forgotten about that one).
