Morocco SG

91 - Optics done -> Construction
92 - Construction done -> Drama and Poetry
- Upgrade an Archer
93 - LaVenta targets the encampment and we destroy it. Ally LV.
- Bought deer in Fes
94 - National College done -> Lighthouse
95 - Cargo Ship from Siam (maybe started before - I just noticed it)
96 - Drama done-> Mathematics
97 - Math done -> Engineering for Trade Route
- Theodora completes Great Mosque
98 - Lighthouse done -> Writers' Guild
- Rabat Temple -> Work Boat
- <-> Open Borders with Siam (+1gpt)
99 - Troops in position to clear camp for 2 city states, has a worker for an instant Ally
- Warrior in place to take the ruin

Thoughts:
-I like the idea of taking the general policy to steal land for Rabat
- After the land steal maybe a cargo ship there to help growth? A foreign route for science would be OK too.
-I think three cities is fine. Easier National Wonders. Faster transition to offense.
-Lets get Galleases after Education, build a fleet, then Oxford into Navigation. There should be some nice Wonders in Sukothai by then.

Hello. We are doing very well I would say, thanks to successful Oracle and good luck with the CS.

I got it in my head that we should soon DOW Siam for material gain, and to start distracting and weakening him while we build and deploy Galleasses during @Tiberiu’s round. To this end, I sold him all our unique luxes while we gained lots of happiness from new CS friendships & alliances. Theodora befriended us and I started siphoning all her gold, almost 700 this round. I spent 750g in boosted gifts to Sidon (giving us Gold for 2 King Days) and a few tile purchases. These included the contested Forest and Hill near Rabat, because I decided I would forgo the General policy to open Patronage instead. My thinking was:

:c5rangedstrength:Patronage will work hard for us right away: we already have 4 allies and 2 friends.
:c5rangedstrength:Sukhotai has 3 Whales, making ownership of Wittenberg’s copy less important. Eventually we will ally them anyway, and we can sell off all our native copies.
:c5rangedstrength:We had plenty of gold to buy the tiles available to us.
:c5rangedstrength:Even without the Whales and Deer, Rabat will still be a good city, with 8 proper tiles to work (all production/gold), plus 3 tundra posts and specialists. And regardless, it fulfills the important purpose of enabling an easily protected 2-way internal sea route with the capital.
:c5rangedstrength:We’re not waging land war now to make the double General points matter, and we might never do so.
:c5rangedstrength:If we do make an amphibious assault (say against a tech runaway), the General will be better used as a beachhead Citadel upon capturing a coastal city, either offensively or defensively.
:c5rangedstrength:Giving up the Honor XP policy will not really impact our early strategy, because we’ll be fighting from Galleasses and Range will come quickly. With this in mind though, I was sure to build Barracks in Marrakech.

If we get another policy before Renaissance, I recommend we take the Aesthetics opener and build the Artist Guild & perhaps N. Epic after Galleasses are done.

Tech
Engineering, Theology, Compass

Builds
Marrakech: Trireme, Cargo Ship, Circus, Barracks
Rabat: Trireme, Work Boat, Colosseum
Fez: Water Mill, Stoneworks

Notable events
100: Barb gets 95 gold from ruin
104: Met Ethiopia (coastal cap). We have failed to spawn our 2nd Prophet at 350 Faith, so I bought a Missionary, which will be very useful anyway for fulfilling La Venta’s and Lhasa’s quests before foreign missionaries appear.
106: Theodora gets Hagia Sophia.
109: CB from Sidon.

Notes
:c5goldenage:We got back our Iron this turn and should hold on to 1 copy to fulfill Samarkand’s latest quest.
:c5goldenage:When you decide to war Siam, we will get back 12 happiness, but lose ~25gpt. He will instantly lose 2 Cargo Ships (to us & to Sidon). Our Triremes can lurk and pillage any new Cargo Ships he sends out between Sukhothai & Satchanai or, given his flavor, probably to Wellington/Cahokia instead. (He can’t send any between Satchanai and Salang until Harbors, which admittedly could be soon.)
:c5goldenage:A new camp spawned on Samarkand’s island so hopefully we can guard it and eventually gain influence from clearing it.
:c5goldenage:Missionary headed to Lhasa. Perhaps Theodora, who has 2 Missionaries near us, will spread to our cities so we can buy Cathedrals.
:c5goldenage:Friendship with Ethiopia is likely given our lux sales to him & mutual friendship with Theo.

110. The trireme near Constantinopole moves and sees a Danish sea route coming to the city. I buy the tiles near LaVenta for Fes. Since it is our fresh water city, I think it should have the guilds with the garden and N.Epic and so it will need all the food it can get to support working them.
111. We meet Denmark who is Piety 5 and has ToA. He is doing very bad with very small cities. I want to attack Denmark for pillaging their stuff and I see that I can buy Silver for 28 first to trigger King day in capital.
112. Dow Denmark and pillage 1 sea route. Meet Mogadishu.
113. Theodora enters the Renaissance. Ethiopia seems both safest and fastest steal attempt so I move the spy in their capital.
114. Siam builds Alhambra. Our prophet spawns and we enhance. I take Religious Art and Just War. With this enhancer we can use prophets offensively when we attack cities.
115. Writer spawns and I make a work of art. Move trireme in position to auto-pillage one more danish sea route.
116. DOW Siam.
117. Natural Golden age starts. Spy steals in 14. There was no NC built despite lowest nr of cities.
119. Last spread of missionary used on Almaty because Wittenberg and Lhasa couldn't be converted.

Notes:

:c5greatperson:we have 1 cargo slot free but I didn't feel the need to fill it as simply spamming some Galleass each 2.5 turns until we conquer Siam seems good enough. Maybe build it in Rabat after Colloseum finishes.
:c5greatperson: @so_what you can buy another galleass in your first turn if you take Byzantine's gold and sell something. (a warrior?!)
:c5greatperson:we shouldn't make peace with Denmark until they capitulate, they are weak. I didn't rebuy OB with Theodora, maybe do so if the trireme needs escape.
:c5greatperson: we could buy a missionary in a few turns and bring it to Siam's capital and only then strike decisively with the 7-8 galleass we will have then. (Using just war, I think both spreads will be necessary to convert.). Or maybe it's just overkill.
I think you guys will know what to do, just reminding to everybody that we have this offensive belief at our disposal.

It would be nice to get our religion spread to Fes for an extra 4 food from the camps there.

Thanks @Tiberiu for the great set up!

T121 - Finished Civil Service, Research towards Education

Build Market, work boat and Circus Maxima in Capital

Build Markets in Les, Rabat

T124 - Buy missionary, convert FEs and Rabat

T126 - Start sieging Sukothai (35 defence) with 7 Galleass. Didn't use missionary though.

T127 - Receive Pikeman from Sidon. OB with Byzantine as Denmark is coming at us with many triremes.

T128- Finish Education, Research towards Astronomy.

Switch to build Universities in all cities

T129 - Took down Sukothai!, no units lost.

Notes:
- Ram is willing to give up 1 city or all his cash for peace. We can pillage some additional tiles from him but I suggest that we take all his gold as we need to buy some tiles for Fes and save money to upgrade Frigates.

- Not sure if we need to Oxford Navigation though, I think even without Oxford we can hit Navigation at timing that no AI can compete with us. I'm fine with either. Oxford will delay the annexation of Sukuthai

- I have put some units on alert, please take note and don't forget about them.

- What are u guys' plan about winning the CV though? I think we still need to Tech to at least Radio / Refridgeration for Hotels+International games. It is fairly easy to snipe the capitals of the AIs with frigates but I am little concern about holding them to the end of the game since the AIs might still have lots land units after the naval war.

Hi team - I won't be able to play until Monday morning. Feel free to skip to @Mizzenmast if you'd like.

Here's my thoughts on medium term planning:
  • Tech to Navigation,
  • Meet other civs and take culture runaway capitals or culture wonder capitals
  • Prioritize population growth and science
  • Oxford architecture or Archaeology to self-build Uffuzi or Louvre
Any thoughts on who looks like a must for the next campaign?

Any thoughts on who looks like a must for the next campaign?
Celt is easiest to attack but has a worthless capital. Byanztine and Denmark have nice capitals (but there are less attack spots compare to 6 from Sukuthai) and we may have to wait for Frigates. Other than that Ethoiphia is a good choice too.

Any thoughts on who looks like a must for the next campaign?

What are u guys' plan about winning the CV though?

I agree we should rush Radio (probably with Oxford) for 2-tenet Ideology & building the Wonders.

I think our military campaigns should be based on
:c5goldenage:Acquiring good Wonders.
:c5goldenage:Crippling High-culture civs. (Leaving 1 for a Musician target is OK.) Siam was one of them. Btw, I kind of think we should take their 2nd city for peace and burn it so they are fully irrelevant for the game. Depends how much gold they are offering. We could take gold for a while, then re-DOW later.
:c5goldenage:Crippling a possible Science Runaway. But if we meet someone who has runaway potential, we should try to get them involved in wars through bribes, & DOW them ourselves.
:c5goldenage:In general, we should encourage World Wars & opportunistically DOW our non-friends to keep the world's Literacy low. This will slow down & extend the game so we more time to achieve a solid but relaxed CV. We can afford a few bumps in the road, like missed Wonders, few Antiquity Sites, No International Games, etc.
:c5goldenage:It should be easy to pull off a massive heist by capturing a coastal AI capital & next-door coastal city, then selling these in backwards order to a rich AI, who will give everything he has for a capital next to his own lands and still think we are giving him a good deal. The map offers many opportunities for this, and depending on who's warring who, we can let the cities get re-captured and make multiple sales, or re-capture them ourselves when we please.

Edit: Oh and we should also factor in which cities/CS have Iron, because the more Frigates the better. I think 14-16 is a good number to aim for (enough to split a fleet in two and still capture cities with both) but if we end up with fewer it's not the end of the world.

I loaded the save to come up with a few thoughts. First, I'm glad So_What conquered Siam's capital, now we have a very comfortable game.

My plans from this point would be to:

- not annex Sukhothai until we build Hermitage (we also have Religious Art belief making Hermitage more valuable) As such, I'd go straight to Acoustics after Navigation. While we will be on 3 cities it would be worth to maybe also build the other few National Wonders, or at least the Grand Temple. Sukhothai only has granary so it's not a big deal if it gets recaptured by Siam for a turn before we take it again. Losing some pop is also not big consequence, and gets the religion there faster. Just be careful to not station any units in the city while it is vulnerable.

- Stay at war with Siam in order to try to get at least 3 Galleass/Frigates upgraded but not with Range, but with Logistics, instead. This is because Range will be of less use vs Byzantine while 3 Logistics Frigates should be able to bring the city down. The XP we could be making by staying at war with Siam seems more valuable than some extra gold (it's not that much, 12 gpt and around 200 or something) During this period of time, take as many loans from Byzantine as possible and then when Friendship expires (around 20 turns or so, then DOW, not before stealing Cahokia as an ally from Theodora. And then go straight to Constantinopole after having 3 logistics frigates. Or if we don't have them, go and conquer the Celts and possibly make gold by selling their capital to somebody.

- I agree with So What that we shouldn't oxford Navigation anymore. I think I'd use it for Industrialization because we might benefit a lot from having factories and it might be a bit faster for the purposes of having an ideology, than Radio.
- For policies, I would not take Rationalism and instead go to Exploration. We have a nice combo with The Great Lighthouse, and the extra production/happiness after will be handy. Galleass with 5 movement are nice to have and they're decent units by themselves once they get good promotions.

I like the idea of farming Siam for xp. However, we may not have enough gpt to borrow $ from Byzantine for Frigate upgrades. 3 range frigates should still be fine, since there are 4 additional 3 range shooting points to siege Constantinople.

I think we should still prioritize science and growth because we will need Hotels + International games to win, so reaching key tech quickly is important. Afterall, CV is a "convoluted SV" .

Policy wise, I would take Rationalism opener + Secularism, Ideology 2nd tier, then complete Aesthetics. Freedom is viable for a slow pace game with SoL and going all the way to Internet, but for a fast pace game Order is probably stronger.

It is probably better to annex Sukhothai and other capitals to grow and build universities. We can build national wonders whenever convenient. This will allow us to reach Radio with a good timing by bulbing a scientist or/and Oxford (to also propose international games too)

Hi guys - thanks for being patient with this entry. I mixed a few ideas from the discussion above. Here's how it shook out:

130 - Made peace with Harald and traded whales for gold and gold per turn.
- <-> Open Borders with Harald
- Signed a Research Agreement with Theodora. I think the timing on Navigation, upgrades and sail time will be just about right for this to finish just before launching the attack on Constantinople. That is clearly the next target as I see it for both culture and wonders.

131 - Spy steal -> Guilds.
132 - Theodora gets Ankor Wat
- Marrakesh wants Gems (Mogadishu has them)
133 - Meet Persia. Trade Embassies and get 7gpt for Furs
- Marrakesh finishes University -> Circus Maximus. Work Specialist slots.
- Buy tundra river hill in Fes
- Deleted a Worker
134 - bought a Missionary in Marrakesh -> Sukothai
135-6 - Bombarding Siam for XP. Take range on one to make farming XP easier.
137 - Circus Maximus finishes in Marrakesh -> Artist Guild
- Taking loans from Theodora
- Barb camp spawns on the Antwerp/Samarkand island
- Harald build Machu Pichu
138 - Annex Sukothai, buy Courthouse, start Lighthouse
- Astronomy finished -> Acoustics
139 - Convert Sukothai to Taoism -> lots of 4 food camps now
- Rabat finishes University, starts Cargo Ship
- Upgraded a trireme in Marrakesh, ready to scout west next turn
139 (Interim) - We get a copy of furs back from Theodora to sell
- I didn't renew the Cocoa trade with Theodora which bumps happiness from 4 -> 8. We'll need this as Sukothai will grow quite fast.
- I haven't reassigned Specialist slots to the Artist Guild yet, so that should be done. It just finished.

Analysis:
- We have a Great Writer coming up next round that will fulfill the theming bonus for the Great Library now that we've moved into the Renaissance
- There are some roads to delete near Sukothai
- I'd switch Sukothai to a Monument now to prepare Marrakesh to build the National Epic after a Temple, and finish the Lighthouse after that. Or stick with the Lighthouse and borrow the money over the next turn or two to buy the Monument.
- The next policy is a choice between faster culture buildings in Aesthetics or opening Rationalism. Either would be really good. I'm leaning toward the former as we're in the right place to be building those buildings now.

My mid-range plan was Navigation (9 turns) after Acoustics, upgrade best naval units, and sail for Byzantium. I'd start swimming any extra Pikemen/CB's over there soon too, as it's not the easiest target. We can peace Siam whenever you feel like it. Really only the one ranged Galleas is farming XP now.

I think National Epic should be stacked with a garden for more GWAM points. Siam's capital would be more suitable. Maybe pump it with food/prod cargos to be able to catch up fast.

We need to start saving money and iron, it is 180g+1 iron to upgrade a galleass into frigate.

Hi guys. I mainly focused on raising a treasury this session, and causing chaos in the world. I just kept notes of diplomatic affairs.

141: Theodora invites us to war Denmark, I accept.
143: Capture Satchanali, sell back to Siam in peace deal for his gold and gpt.
144: Met Vancouver, which was only notable because this CS had no fewer than 11 Triremes!
145: Stole Chivalry, left spy to steal in 15 turns. Ethiopia noticed. Met Greece, he is doing well with high culture, 8 cities, and biggest army. Could be a SV contender, so I did not seek friendly relations but instead bribed him to war Persia, Celts, and Ethiopia, then denounced & DOWed him myself. I checked the other AIs, Ethiopia was speaking very rudely to us and could be bribed to war 2 civs. I sicced him on Celts and Siam, then denounced/DOWed. We got back Whales from this which I traded for Persian crabs. Now every AI is in at least 1 war.
146: Theo built Sistine Chapel

Notes
:c5goldenage:We ended the session with 1.5k so we will have enough to upgrade Frigates when Navigation finishes, but we are limited by Iron (have 4 currently). We can get 1 more by purchasing the Fes tile, but to get a nice 4-deposit we could either re-DOW Siam and blitz his current capital with our first 4 Frigates, or ally Antwerp. I have a 1-spread Missionary hanging by Antwerp but it will need another one to convert the city. Even better would be if they put out a quest for the nearby camp (and watch out with our embarked units, there is a barb Galleass that spawned recently)
:c5goldenage:After some debate, I did go for the Epic in Marrakech, based on the presence of the 2 guilds already. I see the argument for Sukhothai, but that city has a lot of buildings to catch up on, and it also has the Alhambra, so it may be better specializing in XP buildings + land units in the late game.
:c5goldenage:Took Targeting III on our first Galleass. I agree it’s better to go for Logistics first due to the terrain around Constantinople.

Hello. I went on with a change of plans in this session because it seemed a good idea to profit from Investment quest so many CSs had, timed with Philantrophy (Patronage) which I could immediately take, and steal Mogadishu + Belgrade + Cahokia from the Byzantine, we also allied Almaty for safety and Cape Town for food and to profit from their investment quest.
So instead of using ~2000 gold for frigate upgrades I just bought out these CS but also increased our effective economy by a lot by loans which we should not be paying to the end. ( the idea is to DOW Byzantine in t161 via Backstab or in 162 if we want to first give her a chance to denounce us by asking her to not settle near us, make a trade demand, and tell her not to spy on us.) I personally think the Backstab penalty is now irrelevant, we are strong and independent already to not care about any AI at this point. I would have DOWed Theodora right away if it weren't for the Research Agreement which will complete in @so_what 's first turn.

After DOW Byzantine, effective GPT should be around 100+ and also allows taking gpt from Denmark.
- With No disrespect to @Mizzenmast which is an amazing player but I still built National Epic in Sukhothai, we received very useful fail gold (210) for the invested production in the capital which was right on time to catch an investment quest for a CS so the production spent was not wasted in vain at all. The guilds can be sold in the capital after their person spawns, Sukhothai will grow each 2 turns for a while after aqueduct, as I sent 2 food routes there.

My actions have delayed the Frigate push but I think that all things considered our empire is at least just as strong as it would have been with the initial plans/approach. We can still attack effectively with Frigates anyway.

151. Proposed Arts funding. Policy>Philanthropy. 500 for 75 influence to steal Belgrade which gives Camel Archers from Theodora. 1000 for 160 influence to steal Mogadishu from Theodora, which completes its own Horse quest and also get us Gems for King day in capital. Renew DOF to steal more gold. I think Backstab after Research agreement is logical and until then some more money to steal her CSs. Peace with Greece and Ethipia for 1000 gold equivalent. Sold everything to Theodora. 500 to Cape Town for 75 infl. We now have +71 gpt but I have to buy Silk for 28 from Theodora. We have 11 iron.
151-154. Micromanagement to siphon max gold from peace deals, and Dowed Siam for some XP and to take them out.
155. Discover Krakatoa, Monaco and Melbourne.
157. 500 to Almaty for strategical reasons. They could ally an enemy and insta-pillage our routes. Not worth the risk.
159. 210gold received from failing National Epic in our capital.
160. We received our first Camel Archer from Belgrade. Spy steals. It can only steal Iron Working and it will steal again in 4 turns. Ethiopia will then have Constabulary but we should steal at a good pace for a while regardless.

Notes:

- Not much to say except that we should really DOW Byzantine in T161 or 162. There is no reason to send that gold to her and she isn't dangerous to us at all. Also, after 6 turns of war, we could maybe get 50+ gpt out of Theodora from a peace deal and simply buy out all CS slowly, using Scholasticism to boost our Science.
- We can take out Siam now, they are irrelevant but that city of theirs has Iron and is quite good to keep as a puppet.
- The prophet that spawns soon can be used as a Holy Site or kept for offense. Anything is ok by me. Maybe even use to finally convert Wittenberg, Lhasa, Antwerp and Samarkhand. There is no way missionaries will do this now.

random note- I had a crash to desktop right after using missionary in t157 and I also made a reload from a severe misclick (my mouse is trash- in t151)

Trying to start the war with Theo, I think we have delayed it too much.

T160 - Spy ready to steal, but there is only Iron works - a 1 turn tech…

T161 - only have 200 gold. I upgraded 1 frigate, DOW Theo

T162 - Captured Muang for the 4 iron. Theo entered industrialisation via Archaeology

Slowly upgrade 1 frigate every turn with gold

T163 - Peace with Harold for all his gold

T164 - Stole Printing Press, Spy send to Monaco as the next steal cost 22 T. Theo sneaked a city to the north of continent.

T167 - Finished upgrading all the frigates

T168 - Start the naval war with Theo

T169 - Monaco coup success, move spy to Valleta, Adopt Scholastism.

T170 - Theo builds Leaning Tower

Notes
- Our frigates are still moving to position as I have to wait for gold to upgrade them. However I have tried to initiate the war asap.
- Theo is becoming a cultural runaway. We should try to shut her down. This may be hard due to the large navy she is building, the high defence and terrain of cities.
- Lets upgrade to crossbow and clear the Theo city on the north
- Tech wise we should take Scientific theory > Radio > Archaeology. We can use a scientist to bulb Scientific Theory/Electricity and Oxford Radio. For ideology take either Freedom or Order.

Interesting direction @Tiberiu. I had no idea that National Wonders give fail gold, that is something to keep in my back pocket. At a 1:1 hammers:gold ratio I think that may have been the best build for Marrakech anyway (building close to completion, and stopping) which was running out of good options besides more Units. I had also noticed the many investment quests out and I think it was fine to seize that opportunity when the 2nd Patronage policy was available. It is nice to secure the map tactically and we can hopefully pass World religion or ideology in the Congress. I think if we divide our efforts between suppressing Byzantium/Greece through constant war/peace deals, going for Antiquity Sites, maintaining CS allies, and grabbing a couple Wonders, we should still win easily. It might take a while but as long as we keep up our aggression, use bribes, etc. the AIs will be slowed down. We may struggle to capture Constantinople with ships alone however, and it has great Wonders so the quicker the better. But we can steadily build a land force from Sukhothai and clear ground for those units to land. At the latest, we'll need Artillery. And maybe kill off Theo completely if she is a true runaway.

I like @so_what 's idea to use a Scientist bulb & Oxford to reach Radio. And yes, let's try to keep our continents pure of Settlers. And I would DOW to kill Missionaries too, the Tithe gold & CS influence will be nice to keep active.

For Ideology, I think I favor Freedom. The Volunteer Army would be perfect to make a foothold on the other continent until Artillery arrive. And please let's take the Aesthetics 2nd policy next to make the most of our production.

Assuming that Theo is going to be a culture runaway and we can't take her down using frigates, another option is to build a more advanced army (either artillery or great war bombers) to kill her. For better timing, we can first invest in Ideology/Rationalism and Public schools, these potentially have higher priority than Aesthetics 2nd policy and cultural buildings.

Some options
1: Scientific Theory> Radio> Archaeology> Dynamite
2: Scientific Theory> Radio> Dynamite> Archaeology
3: Scientific Theory> Radio> Archaeology> Biology> Electronics

Hi team. We're going to have no problem taking Constantinople with our frigates and supporting troops. This round we captured Nicea and over the next few turns have a ton of experience building land troop to destroy near there. That will gain us a logistics Frigate which will help take down Constantinople late @Tiberiu 's turn or early in @so_what 's turn.

170 - Alex build's Himeji
171 - Start Uffuzi in Marrakesh
174 - Leaning Tower is built by Ethiopia (I thought Theo built it?)
17? - Writer born - create Great Work. Keeping the Writer's Guild there until Sukothai finishes Musician's Guild.
17? - Denmark stole Navigation
176 - Successful coup in Valletta (66/60). Will keep the spy there for the election rigging in 4 turns
177 - Alex hates us
178 - Theo wants peace and will offer a lot but sorry, no.
179 - Capture Nicea
179 - First missionary charge on Lhasa. Needs the second for convert and quest.
180 - Finish Scientific Theory -> Enter Industrial, +1 spy
180 - Someone steals Acoustics

Notes:
- Didn't use the bulb yet. I've planned the build order in Marrakesh to finish Uffuzi and Oxford on the turn we finish Electricity naturally, then take Radio. The Scientist is only about a 1,900 bulb and would be worth a lot more if we wait until Public Schools are up.
- On Public Schools, I'd buy one in Marrakesh
- On Espionage I'd send the new one to the cap to level up.
- Saving Great Artists for Uffuzi. Once built we'll have 2. I'd use them when we hit Radio for 3 Industrial Era works of art.
- Sukothai has Hanging Gardens but no garden and is not getting the garden bonus. So we'll need a garden there ASAP for the stacking bonus with the National Epic.
- Need to burn the Writer's Guild after Musician's Guild finishes in Sukothai. It's a 2-turn build if we change the food Cargo Ship to Production.
- I have 2 Camel Archers, 3-4 X-bows, 2 Pikemen, a Worker and a Great General on route to Constantinople. With these and the Frigates we can clean up a lot of ground units and then take Constantinople in 10-12 turns. Then we can Citadel push into Adrianople.
- You can land the Camel Archers in Belgrade territory, get Altitude Training, and get back out of range of Adrianople on their way to Contantinople.
- (edit) I’d take Order over Freedom here. We have happiness issues and Order would be good for that as well as production and science. Especially if we take and keep both Constantinople and Adrianople (which has 3-4 Wonders itself)

Looks great. I think world congress is coming up at T181, maybe we can propose World Fair this time? With ideology unlocked and 6+ cities in 30 turns (assuming we at least annex Muang, Constantinople with Ideology happeniness) it should be quite easy to win WF to quickly fill up Ideology/Aesthetics/Rationalism. By the T212 world congress, we can propose International Games, build hotels/airports and win the IG 25 turns later. This will give us a CV from T245 to T250.
