After trying out myself,I think the glove sucks...the flight is too slow compared to a slowfall-less jump.So far I just put on the glove,jump,take it off and put it back on before I land.

I'm satisfied with the elemental belt and the vampiric ring though

Ugh Norton sucks....it chokes the computer too much and slows it down.NOD32 is waaaaay better.

Yikes, this presents a big dilemma for me. I have a job interview on the same day Oblivion is shipping. Elder Scrolls or the interview? It's a tough call!

BTW, the newest version of Norton is slow and a pure resource hog - I'm running last years version right now on my own computer, which I don't find so terrible, but the 2006 one is horrible. On another computer I use, the boot up time seems to be about 3 times as slow with the new Norton, and virus scans take about 3 times longer as well.

The same thing happened with this one person in a cave (band of crooks or something). I closed the door, and she appeared half in front and half behind it. I had to use the "coc" 'cheat' to jump behind the door and get what I needed. (` brings up the script panel, where you can type that).

This has some collision stuff, so that might help.

Once I used a mod that makes fires hurt PC standing on them. Obviously when I was doing a quest that involved either convincing an NPC or killing him I chose the blood-less option. To my anger the guy (after the quest was solved) stepped on the fire and died after which his friends attacked me. I got so much negative Karma I decided to reload and turn this mod off.

Type "tcl" into the console (without quotes) to turn off collisions. Turn it back on by re-typing tcl back into the console.

I miss this game, every now and then I feel like booting it up but then I remember how I have no mods for it on my computer and that I know I just wont be playing it for long.

I remember there were some various total conversion projects going on for years, were any of them finished and done really well?
