With "impossible" difficulty, of course!

I got 198 last night on Omaha Beach with the Americans, far surpassing my old record of 168 (same map) and 166 (Husky in Road to Rome expansion). Here's the screenshot at the end (real-life name deleted):

Someone else has probably beaten this on a map with more than 320 enemies to kill, provided they actually stuck with single-player long enough.

This was with 400% AI, the maximum, everything "normal" except AI Skills.

I think 256 was the limit, that hill above your cursor with a panzer4 being ideal. My best multiplayer score on omaha (20 player server) was about 60 - 0. On berlin I think I was closer to 70 but with some deaths, obviously i was really really good :p big respect

I hit the limit a few times on a server called Bugs Omaha beach, kdr 4 ish as allies

What happened after 256? It didn't keep track of the kills? Or your shots didn't kill anyone anymore? That would be inconvenient.

"How'd that guy not die! I just fired a tank round at him and hit him six times with my machine gun!"

(bazooka blows up tank)

"Oh. Hit the 256 limits. Guess that's that for this game"

60-0 multiplayer? :wow: Even with a tank, I'd've guessed a human could've stopped you before that. You said with a Panzer though - as Germany then? Was no one manning the ship's guns for America?

Finally figured out how to get native widescreen and my sniping improved markedly. Still prefer single-player though, too many of the multiplayer crowd overuse the jump-to-avoid-bullets strategy.

bah that's what multiplayer is all about :p I think the limit was actually 255 where it just stopped counting, it was as the Germans... and I say 'it' however I had similar scores on several occasions. Helpful teammates/inept opposition/good fortune are all causes, though I was (imo) the creme-de-la-creme of gamers ;) :D x
