Most unbearable AI cheat

Yes, they did look at the cheesey exploits that Civ2 players did and closed them off. I have no doubt that Civ4 will do the same with the cheesey Civ3 exploits.

I'm glad the game is now harder. I just don't like some of the ways it has been made harder.

Not sure if this was mentioned already, but I think proximity to a city makes a difference as well, guess that goes along with ho much of a threat the unit is to their empire. I remember reading somewhere about how the game determines if you ask them to leave, or tell them to leave or declare war, just can't remember if it was in a thread or an article somewhere, jsut remember that if a unit is close to a city, you're more likely to ask them to leave or edlcare war.

Many times to connect trade routs, I send workers into Opponents territory, usually they ask me once to leave, which I agree to, but still keep my worker, working away on a raod, with the AI seemingly not bothered by the worker anymore.

The AI will not make a worker or a Scout leave ;) . Some have used the 'sit
Scout on AI luxury trick' The AI will not ask it to leave and it will not be able
to connect. :mischief:

I hate when the AI claims you have broken an agreement, even when you haven't. Recently I was in a democracy, carefully avoiding war, and meticulously honoring my word. I had one war the entire game- when the one-city-sized Zulus attacked me- in the modern age even. Yet, the AI claimed I had broken deals, when I know I hadn't.
