Sort of, I am glad I got Sebastien for free with Dragon Age 2 and I don't regret pre-ordering it as much as I regret paying $60 for it.

Back on topic, release date is the 19th of April and it will start showing up on Steam and other digital stores in the next week (As previously noted it is already available on GamersGate).
