Nice! Can you put a flag in his hand like the vanilla great general? And then can you do the same kind of thing for all of the other civs in the game?

Yeah, if you decide to put the General's Flag in I am just probably going to be compelled to use this for the early Proconsul animation in my Scipio mod.

The ArtDefine_UnitInfoMemberInfos table (in this case, in RomanGeneralArt.xml) sets the relationship between the unit as a whole and its members.
Set NumMembers of your preferred member entry to 1, and delete the other 2 member entries (or just set them to NumMembers 0). You can delete the other member entries from the other tables, but it wouldn't hurt much to leave them in.
