Move to (1) pop up with unit movement, how to disable?

Hi I have done something to the game after playing around with the map editor in Civ 4 BTS. Automatic movement seems to have stopped now when I issue a command I get a pop up "Move to (1)" which I have to click in order for my unit to move. Can anyone advise whats going on and how to fix it so my units move like normal again.
