MPPatch - Easy Modded Multiplayer

I'm on the newest version and it fails to load, not sure what I did wrong could I get a slice of helpperoni
it seemed to have installed fine but doesn't load perhaps I missed something?

Hi all. Does this MPPatch work for Faerun BNW for multiplayer? If this works, is this the most current and easiest way (and stable?) to get that Faerun mod to work for multiplayer?

Tried different things, cleaning game files, reinstalling, legacy version etc
still failed to load

But jdh mod manager with legacy license civ 5 working great! but half the mods unsupported for multiplayer

Guess something must have broken with the latest updates since 2023? I guess one-and-a-half years on we may not be getting even new dev releases...
