Multi-session G&K game (GMT+12 @ 8PM)

Edit: a good argument that I used is, competeting with game is better than competing with a real competitor.

Missed this question as the sentence before the question is so interesting.


Formats are up to discussion and vote, that's why I tried to get my voice across. I was thinking Heinage and Foffaren in different groups (for they have less MP play times), each of them with 2 of the rest four of us. That should be a good balance. While play styles may be different, so the other 2 players can correct each other before giving any skewed advice which may prevent them from being perfect in the first place.:)
 
A teamer might be a nice change, but I'm open to anything. Democracy rules! Cast your vote.
 
My vote:

I would rather prefer to NOT do a teamer to begin with. Each one for himself is more interesting.
Standard map on epic speed would be nice considering we have a group of players who are dedicated enough to spend multiple sessions finishing a game.
If majority rules for other settings, I will still be interested in playing though.

I think you are underestimating the ramifications of epic speed in a mp game.

We can do it if people want to but its...long and tedious. (hope you like military units)
 
Let's go with FFA on small Lakes (standard if people want a bigger map, though it might be big enough already on small, given there are no oceans). And this one will be quick speed, so we can play another with more players, on standard speed, sooner rather than later.

I might be open to an epic speed game another time, but only if everyone wants that.

FFA small quick lake is fine. Pick civs or random?

Standard speed 8man would be fun to do sometime if we can manage 8 people who won't ditch us and leave the game hanging. Teamer would also be fun sometime....could even be 2v2v2v2 if we had 8.
 
It doesnt work if you just add Edit in front you silly person.

So did we pick a day? FFA. If I pick a civ I'll do it at the last minute.
 
It's 9 am right now. I've been up since 5 and I'm high on caffeine. I dont need to be drunk to act like this.
