[NFP] Multiplayer Games

I'd be interested in trying a multiplayer game but I'd like to know how long do they typically last? And would I be likely to get destroyed having never played before? I'd say I'm a reasonably competent player and have started having success at Emperor in Single Player but I play quite slowly so don't get through many games.

Would this be the place to find people to play with?

Hey Lambert, Multiplayer games can last a few hours or a few weeks it really depends on player skill and if everyone keeps pace or not. I am very much down for a slow game if you want (I'm not terribly good) willing to negotiate rules if you want to play please message back.

Cool. I'd be looking at a few hours between 8 & 11 pm BST, easy on which days.
I wasn't sure whether people would go for saving and coming back or want to play a whole thing in one session.
Let me know if either of you are up for those sort of arrangements. I have all the DLCs including NFP but am happy to play with any ruleset. Are there other options to switch on/off beyond those available in single player?

I prefer "Play by cloud", if 1 time a day it maybe too long. ( I tried some 2 v 2 every time I need to go about 4 hours). I am ok with any mode ( I am quite new with only base game though )
