Multiplayer Questions

Played a few multiplayer games. So far so good. But I do have a couple of questions:

1) why does that damn red text out-of-sync error message show up a lot of the times? The game is allowed to be played, but there is a farging large font text in the middle of the screen.

2) How do you pause the game so people can take 15 minute breaks?

3) I have seen mention for Voice Chat in the game collateral. The Keyboard map says that it is the scroll lock key. I have not been able to get this to work. Does it work? Is there something special I have to do?

4) Is there any way to alter the behavior of the on screen chat text? It scrolls off screen too quickly; everthing is double spaced; the actual window only holds about 4 items.

There an icon in the upper left hand corner will bring up the log pad. there you can scroll down the text and well as combat logs.
