My Civ3 Tournament

Due to GrayFox ignoring my reply to his thread that told him I was in his tournament, I have created a rival tournament with 7 Levels.

Rules(please propose additional rules or changes)
1.Will use most up-to-date patch as of start of tournament
2.1 victory condition
3.Uses GOTM rules if not covered here
4.each season will have all 5 maps used(in order of size)
5.Tiny will last 1 week
6.Small will last 12 days
7.Standard will last 19 days
8.Large will last 25 days
9.Huge will last 30 days
10.There will be a 3 day break between games
11.Retirment is allowed but counts as a late finish
12.Scoring will be determined based on inverse of finish(In sports team record determines who gets in the playoffs, not points scored)
13.I will e-mail all the players their level's game.
14.Anyone may request one of the games.

While fantasy_sports has every right to make another league I would suggest that he send that email to Grey Fox since it was just a misunderstanding.
