1. All resources/buildings reduced to +1 Happiness.
2. New city Unhappiness raised from +2 to +5.
3. Military Units produce scaling Unhappiness based on their strength/how high up the Tech Tree they are.
4. Citizens produce +1 Happiness. 5. Twofold: Science in your Capital remains unchanged from Vanilla at 1/Population.
Science in all other Cities is now set at 0.25/Population.
In trying to give the player more options, I in fact limited them by forcing builds/purchases of specific buildings/policies. The new system is still dissimilar enough from the Vanilla version where ALL citizens produce 1 Happiness.
