Really, I don´t know how on earth there could possibly be people who believe such crap (at least from a deep Roman Catholic point of view.)
The main page calls its followers "fans" so, is there anything serious about the whole thing? it´s really for morons.
Do you know there ARE people who believe in those sects and the like, and we Catholics are in disnay when we think about the amount of idiots who go to those "ceremonies of joy" and the like? Perhaps you think that because this is in Humor and Jokes it´s all right, but it´s a damn serious thing for us who do have a religion.
Let's get this straight.
Bob Saget is an actor/comedian. He was on a show I watch with my little siblings (yes, I admit it, I watch Full House)
This is his fansite. The whole thing is a joke, I mean come on. Look at this proof...
Bob = 3 letters, God = 3 letters. Anybody who takes this seriously needs a life.

I also feel uneasy when I hear about all these strange sects/religions (you catholics are not the only ones who feel like that) - that is the more serious ones. Things like this one when people make an actor to a god, is imho the same as when some say that Sid is god - they don't really worship them at heart, but more as an excuse to do funny things.
And, yes, I think it's alright to post this in H&J because things like this deserves nothing more than to be laughed at. Posting it anywhere else would be taking it seriously, which I would mind very much.
And finally perhaps you need to accept these strange sects as they are entitled to having their own (imho stupid) religions. The idiots have come to stay and we will have to accept them.
