My own music in civ3?

Does anybody know if i can use mp3`s i have on my harddrive and use them in civ3? Do i have to rename them to say, smashfull or starsfull or some other song? Or is it adequate just having them in the folder ie the IndModern folder?

I just run Winamp and turn off the music in Civ. If memory is a problem or if you want a combination of Civ3 music and other mp3's then I guess just put them in the same format as the Civ music and stick them in the folder.

The format is mp3, i already checked that. I`ll try it later, but if i **** something up, ill blame YOU

i just tried it and it works, u have to rename the songs though
