My save games wont load?

I actually have two problems my save games wont load. What is going on?

And second I downloaded the Software Development Kitbut I dont kno how to use it. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? Thanks for your time.

Why won't your saves load? Do you get an errormessage?

Re part two: You need a probramming environment that supports C++. You can get microsoft C++ Express edition (for free) here
