My top ten things to do while waiting for Civ.4!

It would be so wonderfully ironic if you didn't like Civ 4 after all... :mischief:

That would be impossible; I will like Civ.4 :D , WHY?????

Because I’m going to pay $50 for it!!!

 Damn you Sid and your infernal Civilization IV! Phoenix used to play Civ III with me. Now he spends all of his time posting threads and picking avatars! Please stop production of Civ IV now so we can finish our game of conquests!

Don't worry Meatplow we will finish our game!!!! (Play Civ.3 is my 1. thing to do) Unless of course Civ.4 happens to be released next week, then all bets are off!!!

50: Just to help in the move to civ IV and minimize the change-shock, I would reduce the number of hours spent on playing Civ III to, lets say, 8 a day.

The 15th of november ? Is it a world release for CIV IV ... Or me, poor French man, I will be obliged to wait more time ...?

52) to buy a calendar to check every day until the release...and eventually cry ...

53) to write a letter to Santa Claus... we are never enough sure ...

54) to create a title screen with CIVILIZATION IV but for CIV III ( to help to wait )... :)

55) Go to France to be an exchange student. When the game comes out, I'm probably not allowed to play by my new strickt French parents.

56) Leave my new home and swim over the Canal. There I will have to seek shelter and guidance among local dossers.

57) After finally finding him, mingle with Harry Potter and his friends to become a magician and eventually learn magic.

58) Transform (or what it's called by those magician pros, I'm not even a half-blood!) back to Norway and cast the imperius curse upon my parents so they don't protest, and eventually make them go buy me a copy of Civ IV... At last... :crazyeye:

61) Start doing lung expanding training and practicing holding my breath so I don't waste time doing 60 when Civ 4 comes out.

62)Enrich my supernatural powers and attempt to meditate time into November and thorugh major concentration attempt to play the game in my mind.

63) did anyone mention "making love"? (damb this is down on the list...) We must really be fanatics if this is that far down on the list. LOL

*edit* to make it more pg, and I can't spell...

66) Plan ahead. Do your Christmas shopping the first day of November to take advantage of all of the 'after-Halloween' specials.

67) Keep the circus peanuts for yourself.

68) Keep the toga costume for when you play the Greeks or Romans.

69) Keep your wife happy in September and October any way you can.

70) All personal grooming must be done early. Trim the nails, brush the teeth and shave the head. Take 'before' pictures. When you leave the game for the first time take 'after' pictures. See if you know the person in the pictures.

71) Post pictures at Civfanatics so that all of the others can laugh and commiserate.
