n00b question - how to buy a tile, HELP!

I've got a really dumb problem.. either I've managed to hide the "buy tiles" button or somehow completely forgotten where it is between one game and the next. I've googled it, dl'd the manual, tried the in-game help & so on, all with no luck. Can somebody please tell this idiot how to find the "buy tiles" button/option? Sorry for the completely ******** question & as always, thanks in advance!

It is in the city screen, in the middle just above "return to the map" button. A screenshot to show the location (credits to google):

You can see the hex-shaped button with a coin on it, it is there.
