How is it possible then that i was able to irrigate from a coastal square, something wich is only possible from rivers and fresh water lakes?
I have uploaded the saved gamefile

You didn't post a link to the savegame.

Two ideas:

You have discovered electricity (you don't need fresh water to irrigate anymore)
That tile is next to a city that is next to irrigations/a river. For the purpose of fresh water, a city square is considered irrigated.

You can also post a screenshot. Look in the stickied threads for more info.

Here it is.
Attention to the irrigated square by Arnhem!

If this is the irrigated square near Arnhem you are referring to, then it is next to a small (one tile) freshwater lake.

Civpedia entry for Fresh Water Lake:

FW%20Lake.JPG

So if i right-click on that square it should said Fresh Water Lake not this..!

The civilopedia is clear about it.
I installed Conquest over CivIII 1.29f

As long as a group of coastal tiles is less than 21 tiles, and is enclosed by land, then it's a lake.

Look at this diagram:
L = Land
C = Coast

LCL
CCC
LCL

That Coast in the center is a lake, since the land connects on the diagonals.

CLC
LCL
CLC

That isn't a lake, since the islands are 1 tile too far from each other.

This isn't a bug BTW.
