Can you explain more about the each civ plz? What did you do with the FFH2 civs? What did you do with the FFH2 mechanics (e.g. is the AC counter still there etc)?

It is just scenario, mechanics are not changed

FF2 civs with their features are not gone, they simply play different roles in this scenario (for example, Alexis = Jadis, Tebryn = Tisroc, etc)

And i gave some background details for each civs in the main scenario topic, for further info u must read the books about Narnia
