What do you mean? Aside from Rondo evolving and the "Big 3" devolving, the players are practically the same.

The Celtics are about the same, maybe actually slightly better, but I have this fear that the Lakers are much better this time around.

Paul Pierce did pretty well on him last time, if I am remembering right. The entire team defense of the Celtics suffocated and frustrated pretty much everybody. They're still pretty good, but not as elite.

But some of the shots he was making were near impossible to stop.

The goal is not to completely stop Bryant, but to frustrate him into turnovers and selfish shot jacking.

I ment that they need Gasol to play well to win. One player can never win by himself.

Exactly. The Lakers are still a formidable team with Odom and Bynam as their frontcourt (although Gasol is obviously important).

It is absolutely all about KOBE though. Replace Kobe with an average two guard, like say, Delonte West...and the team is toast.
