Need a trustworthy host

I am looking to start hosting a website. It is very confusing finding a trustworthy and stable host.

So I need about 10-50 Gb of bandwidth a month, upgrading to perhaps 500 Gb in a year or two.

For now, it will mostly just be hosting a wiki or closed forum.



so... any suggestions for a good host?

I've got a corporate site on Verio, they're relatively inexpensive, and uptime has been good - 8 hours of outage in the past year (all in one block).

Limited to 50 Mib, but bandwith is unlimited, and completely free.
