Need advice in fixing barbarians! mod

Good day, everyone! :)

As I understand barbarians! mod is not compatible with GaK and produces a strange bug. When you start with any civilization, there are partisans(UNIT_BARBARIAN_INFANTRY) barbarians in ancient era, though in barbarians.sql its starting tech is TECH_TELEGRAPH.

After a bit of testing I figured:

- It happens on any Large and Huge map(regardles of other map options)
- It happens with any civilization(I've tested 11)
- It can't be reproduced on Normal maps


I wonder what does Civ V changes when you go from Normal map to Large map and how can it influence barbarian units.

Maybe someone can point me on how to fix it.
 
After a bit of trial and error I figured a method to stop this Riflemen spawning in Ancient Era.
I changed their starting tech from TECH_TELEGRAPH to TECH_RADIO(since it's in the same tier). I'll do some testing and see the result in other eras.
