Need help fixing Civ 4

My Laptop crashed when it asked for me to change discs and now its reading the game as installed and i cant fix it, Ive gone to the Uninstall programs and Civ 4 is not in the list Please i need help with this because Ive been wanting to Play it again for a while and just found the discs.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Delete "...\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{CFBCE791-2D53-4FCE-B3FB-D6E01F4112E8}"
note this is a hidden folder so you have to set windows to show them.
also it might be in \program files (x86)\

Its still not working, Ive deleted everything i can find for it and still when i put the disk in it wont let me install it. Its still just saying Play Read Me and Exit. And i can not reinstall windows right now i don't have a back up drive and a lot of files i can't lose.

Ive had the game installed on my laptop before so i know it works, i just cant get it to install.

Again Please help I've tried everything i know how to do and its still not working.

And I did delete the Install shield entry and have gone threw the folder a few times scene*.

is this just Civ4 or also an expansion?
are you familiar with registry editing?
