Need help no idea how to solve this

I need a solution for a problem that keeps popping up when I go to start FFH II I keep getting a unable to locate component: keeps saying this application failed to start because D3DX9_32.DLL was not found. A week ago the game was working just fine and I didn't get this problem, and yes I have the current version and the current update to Civ4. So please I'd like a solution to this problem as soon as possible

That means you need to install the latest version of DirectX. You will probably notice that you get the same error when you try to play the main game (the requirement for the latest version of DirectX came from the Civ4 patch that came out last week).
