need help with a mod

I just recently bought a new computer and had to reinstall steam on it.

what is the mod that shows a lot of information on the screen? I.e., shows you what luxury items people have for sale, what city state quests are currently ongoing and if you have a research agreement or a declaration of friendship with the AI? All the information is on the right hand side, and on the left hand side there is a list of your units.

i searched around the interwebs but couldn't find the name of the mod or where to download it.
