Need help with dang nab mod not workin! plz

I have downloaded about 20 dif. mods but I have only gotten three to work so far.

I really want to play Fire and Ice as I have played civ since 96'. I would love to be a wolf...but the dag nab mod wont freekin work! I have the edition with all DLC and all dlc people and mods. Releaced in 2014. I tried to turn everything but GNK or BNW but, no luck.

I understand you have to run one mod at a time to trouble shoot, i understand logic. But am I supposed to pet my keyboard? Cross my fingers? Thanks for the help if anyone can. Fire and Ice is the name i think.
