Need some help please

Evening,

I just rebuilt my pc and got Civ4 back up and running.
I downloaded the SuperCiv 1.05v But it wont show up in the list of mods.
All the other folders under Mods folder shows up but the Superciv one.

Any ideas ?

I'd go with a Start, Search, Files and Folders, and look for the superciv folder on My Computer. If you find it, see where it is located and move it to your C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods folder.

Hi Tirnaog,

Often times what happens is you get files within folders extracting, but if the packer put the orginal folder within the package, then you end up with

/junk/gamestuff/junk/gamestuff. where you want the "gamestuff" files you are extracting in the first "gamestuff" file, it ends up in a 2nd one created by the extraction. so like Ruffrider23 said do a search til you find it or within the "mods" folder makes sure you don't have a 2nd "mods" folder within it, "hiding" the mod you want.

Well I have egg on mt face now.

I figured out what the problem was.
I some how installed the game twice.
I kept put the mod in one folder but running the other game.
Now i feel dumb.
