Civ3 editor...

when I go to the scenarios settings page (locked alliances, disasters, etc.), the page is bigger than my screen. I tried the alt+space bar, tried to scroll, drag, everything I can think of. This is happening on several edit pages. I can't click "apply". Tabbing doesn't help either.

Help !!!!!!!!!!!

and my resolution is at max

Bueller ?

Its his day off. I seem to remember having that issue years ago. I think I just had to drag the window around to get at the various fields. Did you do any searches to see if it has been reported?

I couldn't find any posts. The problem is I can't reach the bottom of the screen. Would downloading a more recent version help?

1280x800. That's the max.

But my backyard is pretty cool !!!

You could also use my editor, which is normally 1024x768, so it should fit.

You can edit the disasters and the alliances, however you cannot edit yet the player properties (ie what era they start in, their initial government, etc).

There aren't any newer versions to download. You have to drag the window up until you can see the buttons.

The problem is I can't get the page to scroll. Any secrets anyone knows to make the page shrink?

It's not a matter of scrolling. You have to actually move the window by dragging the title bar up. Once you get the title bar almost off the screen you should be able to see part of the buttons.

Sorry, I meant drag. It's not taking it up high enough.

You can't drag it far enough to see the whole buttons, only the top of them. Drag it using the bottom of the title bar. I know it can be done because i've done it and all the other modders have to do it to make their mods. You might have better luck if you reset your screen resolution to 1024x768 first but i don't think it should matter.
