OK, Here is a basic question that hopefully won't make me feel stupid when I find out the answer.
I like a huge world with as many AI players as I can cram in there (yes I am masocistic!). Here is the problem. As the game get's rolling along and I finally find all of the civilizations (and also set up embassies with all of them) I go to the F? screen - there is only about 6 of those characters there - I mean, where are all the rest? I looked to see if there was a turn page and I couldn't find one. How do I send an embassador to everyone If I want?
What am I missing?

Just click on the "D" next to the info box in the lower right hand corner of you main screen. This will let you talk to all the civs.

I don't like that either, I would much prefer to be able to see all the civs and their alliances and such with other nations, but unfortunately this game does not have that yet. Maybe PTW will change that.

Erm.... might I suggest reading the FAQ?

This is one of the MOST FA'ed Qs in the FAQ, and has been answered quite a few times before:

To change the portraits in the diplo screen, Shift+Right_Click on a portrait to call up a list of civs not displayed. You can then select the not-displayed civs and view their treaty/trade status with regards to other civs.

Really? i always seem to learn something new about Civ3 everyday.

and you do know that if you press shift click you can find out about them e.g.elliances and stuff
