OPERATION LUCY COMES TO AN END:
South African forces have finaly destroyed the opposition at the capital and crushed the last remaining resistance after 3 months of war, the south african states continue to grow behond anyones expectations.
Russian Defeats and Glorys:
the russians received heavy loses in the september campaign in north kazahkstan, this specially in the lower trained troops, however the veteran and elite forces made advances w/out massive loses and the capital is under complete chaos, the russian expeditionary force arrived from panama and won a historic battle, defeating an enemy 3 times as large, they have advanced deep south, the implications of this is great, the republic of tadzirkistan has pledged alligence to russia after most of its forces being crushed by the russian expeditionary, and the allience is at its breaking point, a large nubmer of expeditionary troops have gained elite status.
however, the russian expeditionary force is for the moment unable to be moved, this has given a once in a lifetime opportunity for the BDL, panama remains undefended, and russia cant do anythign about it for this month.
Poland Joins the EMA after a 2 week elections, the indian troops said good by to warsaw and headed home, this after no longer being needed, the indian forces are now preparing for something, as large military mobilisations are currently under way.
South america:
the crisis appeares to have come to an end, both nations have backed down and troops now reterat from each other borders, SATO has allegely bought the EU territory in south america, however, the EU has made no official statements, the money for such real estate buy was banked along w/ the rest of the money in SATO banks.
BDL intellegence agancy has informed the leadership of that country, that the russian expeditionary force will be unable to leave kazakhstan for the present month.
Divison in Central america:
nicaragua has joined the BDL meanwhile belize has joined the SATO allience.
Arab forces withdraw...?
the 4 large forces of the UIS have retreated, to bahgdad and alexandria.... however they remain w/in range of a full scale invasion.
The story of Israel (nes-wise what happened):
in 2007, an all out attack from terrorist organisations such as hamas, brought an all out war in israel, after 3 weeks of house to house combat, the israeli government was able to put down the insurrection, then, in a surprise move, withdrew from the west bank and the golan heights, giving full independence to the palestinians.
the following months israel continued building and completed a huge wall to separate the new palestinian state and israel, and such appeared to have worked, all palestinian and arab groups pretty much left israel alone, but the question of who had ownership of jerusalem continues to this day.
now years passed w.out any terrorist bombings, as it is hardly difficult for arabs to get inside israel.
New Terrorist Strikes:
even tough is virtually imposible to see an extremist arab in tel-avid, the admision of muslims in jerusalem continues as part of the peace treaty, and here is where the neo-hamas terrorist cells have beomce a problem again, it is unknown if they are backed by the UIS, but it seems there are no traces to UIS bank accounts.
NEW RULE:

The Confederacy of South African States was among the most powerful, surpassing the of it's ally, the United States, in economic power. Never before has Africa or Africans for that matter, had the power they have today. And yet the unification was not complete. The President knew that the Confederacy stretched beyond South Africa from which it spawned, and so he decided it was time to rename the Confederacy to the Confederacy of African States, or CoAS.
CoAS power extended beyond Africa and it's own matters. Since CoAS was such a world power, their influence has been felt from Mexico to Israel in support of it's ally, the USA. Even today, the African Expeditionary force makes up close to 25% of the foriegn garrison troops in Israel.

The Bolivian Defence League was proving an outstanding success. In one area it had failed, this was in protecting Mexico. However by not comign to the defence of Mexico strides forward diplomatically and militarily have been taken. The BDL is a world power in an extremly advantagous position. Central America fearfull of the US have fled into the league for protection and their economies added to the combined coffers. And whilst the world is busy elsewhere teh BDL advances in every area. Good realations with neighbours and a strong military spell prosperous times for us.
